Opening an account means that the user accepts the rules published at the time of registration. These Terms apply from the moment the account is activated and remain valid as long as the user continues to access the service.

Updates may be introduced due to legal, technical, operational, or regulatory changes. Significant updates may be communicated through account notifications or the registered email address. Continued use of the service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility and Registration Requirements

The platform is strictly intended for adults legally permitted to participate in betting activities. To register, users must:

be at least 18 years of age (strict 18+ policy);
provide accurate personal information matching their official identification documents;
create only one account per person, household, and IP address;
use the platform only from jurisdictions where online betting is permitted.

Verification procedures (KYC) are mandatory. Paripesa may request a copy of a National ID, Passport, or other supporting documentation necessary to confirm identity and account ownership. All personal information is processed according to our privacy policy.

Account Security and Shared Access

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity performed through the account may be treated as activity authorised by the registered account holder.

Sharing account access with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in account restrictions, suspension, or permanent closure. Users should immediately contact customer support if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.

Betting Rules and Specific Wagering Conditions

All wagers are subject to the specific rules of the selected sport, betting market, casino game, or promotion. Once a bet is confirmed by the system, it generally cannot be modified or cancelled by the user.

In cases involving obvious technical errors, incorrect odds, market malfunctions, settlement issues, or other exceptional circumstances, Paripesa reserves the right to review and, where necessary, void affected wagers according to accepted industry practices.

Users are responsible for complying with any applicable tax obligations relating to their betting activity under the laws of Tanzania. Paripesa may apply or comply with tax reporting, deduction, or withholding requirements where required by applicable legislation or instructions from competent authorities.

Payments: M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, and Halo Pesa

Paripesa may support payment methods commonly used in Tanzania, including M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, and Halo Pesa, where available.

Source of Funds: The mobile money account used for deposits should belong to the registered account holder.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals may be processed back to the same payment method or mobile number used for account funding, subject to verification and security requirements.
Verification: Additional checks may be required before certain withdrawals are approved.
Processing Times: Transaction processing may vary depending on the payment provider and operational circumstances.

Users should ensure all payment details are accurate before making a transaction.

Bonuses and Promotion Guidelines

Bonuses, free bets, and promotional campaigns may be offered periodically and are subject to specific promotional rules.

These rules may include:

Amendments and Termination

Paripesa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, misuse promotions, attempt to manipulate platform systems, or violate applicable legal requirements.

Where account closure occurs, any remaining eligible balance may be returned to the user following completion of identity verification, payment checks, and applicable compliance procedures.

These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in law, regulation, security standards, payment procedures, responsible gaming requirements, or platform operations.

Users who do not agree with future updates may stop using the service and request account closure in accordance with applicable procedures.
